International lawyer and business executive with 15+ years specializing in mergers, acquisitions, and technology law. He is a founding partner of Murphy & Company LLP and has served on multiple growth-stage company boards. Holds an LL.M. from McGill University.

Investment banking and capital markets professional with over 25 years of experience in corporate finance, equity capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, and cross-border advisory. Previously, served as Managing Director of Investment Banking at Daiwa Capital Markets Hong Kong Limited and Head of Corporate Finance at KGI Capital Asia Limited. Holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson and a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Hong Kong.
